MISSOULA - The newly-wed bride who is accused of pushing her husband to death at Glacier National Park wants to be released.
Jordan Linn Graham of Kalispell will appear in Missoula Federal Court on Wednesday afternoon to seek her release.
The complaint states that Graham said during an argument on a trail, she pushed Cody Johnson, who then fell off a cliff to his death.
Investigators became suspicious when it was Graham who "discovered" the body on July 11, four days after Johnson went missing.
The body was found below a popular viewpoint called "The Loop," an area Graham told a park ranger Johnson wanted to see before he died.
Graham was advised of her Rights on July 16, and had her first court appearance Monday - on a complaint of second degree murder.
